1. Please provide a copy of the information that the council was required to submit under The Non-Domestic Rating (Compilation and Alteration of Lists) (England) Regulations 2020 by 15th January 2021

The lists are used by the Valuation Office Agency for their statutory functions connected with compiling and maintaining the Rating List. The lists that are sent to them contain personal data and therefore this information is exempt under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act. This is an absolute exemption and therefore the Public Interest Test is not required to be carried out.
