Page 3 of WBC's Climate Emergency Action Plan Progress Report July 2020 states that "the plan has been reviewed independently by our partners in the Climate Emergency Advisory Board, which is formed with representatives from organisations including businesses, charities and academia including University of Reading, National Grid, Greater South East Energy Hub, Chairman of WBC Business Group, Sustrans, Scottish Southern Electric, Volker Highways, Reading Buses, South Western Railway, Great Western Railway, amongst others."
1. Please can I request the following information in relation to this:
a) the named individuals that sit on this advisory board with the companies they represent and their job titles.
The advisory board is made by individuals representing the organisations listed. When individuals change their position, a new person from their organisation is put forward to support the council in this agenda.
b) The terms of reference for the above mentioned advisory board

c) The frequency of the meetings held by this advisory board
Meetings are held as and when we feel there is a need.
d) The minutes from all meetings that have taken place since this advisory board was established

e) The methodologies used to review the climate emergency action plan
This is published in the report.
f) The results of the review or reviews that have taken place including areas of strength identified, areas of weakness, and actions that need to be implemented.
The climate emergency progress report, published is published in July each year.
g) Who has led the review and who has signed it off.
The CEAP is approved at Council meeting.
