Follow on request from WBCIR:21316
I have narrowed my request pursuant to the response of Cleaner and Greener in one strand of my prior request.

1. Accordingly, I seek copies of any and all information held (or accessible to the Council through its contractors and/or their subcontractors):
Re: (i) complaints raised about hedges/trees encroaching onto pavements, and the pursuant investigations/ responses to those complaints;
(ii) complaints raised about tampering with and/or inadequate/poor standards of works carried out to hedges/trees by the Council and/or its contractors, and the pursuant investigations/ responses to those complaints.
The relevant period is 1 December 2025 to 13 March 2026.
