Wokingham Borough Council changed the speed signage in Church Lane, Shinfield, from 60mph to 30mph.

The Traffic Calming proposals for Shinfield were agreed in principle as part of the Planning Approval for the developments south of the M4, which includes Church Lane. The proposed speed limit reductions have been agreed by the police and are currently going though the consultation period.
