1. Between 2016 to present date, how many cases have been referred to or dealt with by the council's social services regarding concerns about a child or children living in poor/unsuitable housing conditions?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to report on this data the way our system currently records data and would be a manual exercise of reading through all the files which would exceed the appropriate limit of the Act.
2. Between 2016 to present date, how many of these cases have resulted in the temporary or permanent removal of a child or children from those housing conditions?
The Council have not removed any children from their homes because of living conditions alone.
3. Between 2016 to present date, how many cases have been referred to or dealt with by the council's social services regarding concerns about an elderly or vulnerable adult living in poor/unsuitable housing conditions?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to report on this data the way our system currently records data and would be a manual exercise of reading through all the files which would exceed the appropriate limit of the Act.
4. Between 2016 to present date, how many of these cases have resulted in the temporary or permanent removal of an elderly or vulnerable adult from those housing conditions?
We do not have the power to remove people, we do identify needs with regarding to poor living conditions and look at alternative options, however we aren't able to report on this data the way our system currently records data.
