Multi agency meeting held 17th March between TVP, PPP, Health & Safety, Asst Directors from Highways, Localities & Car Park Management Team and ASB Officer.
Actions established - 58 new CCTV cameras were about to be installed, immediate action agreed and required;
• Private Security would patrol Carnival Pool CP
• Dates agreed 18th - 21st March 2021
• Thursday – Sunday 21:00 - 01:00
• TVP would dove tail the operation as the NHPT were on duty.

7. The timeline of all actions taken by the council in relation to the noise and ASB in this car park, including any actions rescinded.
• CCTV cameras quoted for an ordered Jan 2021
• Private Security patrol Carnival Pool CP from agreed dates of 18th -21st March 2021
• And on Thursdays – Sunday 9pm - 01:00am for following 4 weekends
• TVP dove tail private patrols and respond when escalated response needed.
• 58 new CCTV camera installation completed in April 2021
• Covid Marshalls undertaking regular patrol from 6pm onwards Mon-Sun and responding to calls about incidents as part of out of hours service. May 2021
• ASB - Community Protection Warning letters sent to circa 40 registered keepers June 2021
• No Rescinded actions.

There are a number of other approaches that are currently under investigation, no actions are outstanding.
