I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
1. The entities name/s, address, telephone number, email address and website that provides care act advocacy for your council? If you provide this in house provide the requested details for the department/worker who oversees this.

2. A copy of any advertisement or publications for the care act advocacy service.
The service is advertised via our website (see above) there are also posters displayed (see attached). There is a booklet but it is currently not available in PDF format.
3. The entities name/s, address, telephone number, email address and website that provides non care act advocacy or Information, advice and guidance (eg non statutory) or similar for Adults with a Learning Disability and or Autism for your council (this could be via a grant or service agreement) If you provide this in house provide the requested details for the department/worker who oversees this.
The Advocacy People provide all our statutory advocacy services for adults IMHA,IMCA,NHS complaints and CAA. This is an inclusive service for all adults. We also commission CLASP who provide self-advocacy specifically for people with Learning Disabilities; CLASP, Upper Room, Wokingham Methodist Church, Rose Street, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1XS.
