1. Can you please advise if you have any byelaws relating to the use off UAVs from your land, and if so can you please provide a copy or the link to their location on a website.
A list of the Council's byelaws can be found on the Council's website, Plans, Policies and Strategies. This is the most up to date list and there have been no new byelaws since then.

2. If you do not have any byelaws, do you have any other policies relating to the use of UAVs on your land?
Checking with the relevant departments, the Council do not appear to have any policies linked in to UAVs on Council land.

3. Can you finally advise if these have been reviewed in relation to CQP722C published by the Civil Aviation Authority in December 2020.
We are not aware of any individual who has reviewed this in the Council.
