Follow on request to WBCIR:13330 regarding resurfacing.
For the purpose of this request Buttercups Estate refers to Magnolia Way and all roads leading off it.

1. Please provide the following:
a) design sheet for Buttercups estate, including specifically for Rowan Close if one exists.

b) definition of what constitutes a defect in this work of resurfacing
The definition is 'a section of road that does not meet the criteria set out in Road Note 39, DMRB or Manual for Streets'.

c) list of defects found in Buttercups estate, if any and where they were together with details of the defect

d) date of inspection of Buttercups estate and whether this was done on foot or in a vehicle
See attached defect register.

e) specific confirmation that Rowan Close was visited as part of this inspection
Confirmed. See attached defect register.

f) a copy of the inspection report for Buttercups estate, or for a wider area if Buttercups was just part of a wider contract.
We do not hold this information/Not complete yet. Final sign off not due until May 2022 as per the maintenance period with VolkerHighways.
