1. Under the Freedom of Information Act of 2000, could you please provide me with the most up-to-date list of the following business rates accounts in your billing area. Industrial i.e Warehouses / Workshops but NOT Retail Warehouses properties that are occupied and not in receipt of any relief. Please include the following data in the data provided :
• Ratepayer Name
• Address
• Date of occupation
• Rateable Value
• Property Description
• The date the data was generated
I appreciate that properties owned / rented by individuals are personal information and such personal data (i.e. the Firm's Trading Name) would be excluded from my request in terms of Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Firm's Trading Name either blank or listed as 'individual'.

In addition, as we are asking for properties only occupied by LTD companies that are not empty and where no relief is applicable we feel this FOI is outside the scope for refusals in terms of fraud for empty properties or relief and as such can be provided under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
