• Description of Property
• Rateable Value
• Net rates Payable for 2022/23
• Account Start Date
• Type (if any) of any Relief/Discount awarded (separate columns if possible if there is more than one type of relief/discount) - including Charity relief, Small Business Relief, Retail Discount, Rural relief and any other type of relief
• Amount of Relief/Discount
• Empty/Occupied Indicator
• Correspondence Address
We publish our Business Rates information, and update this on a regular basis. Therefore we are refusing this request under Section 21 and 22 of the Freedom of Information Act. The public interest test has been considered and as the information is updated periodically, and resource is better utilised elsewhere within the authority, it is not appropriate to create the dataset outside of the usual scheduled slot.
