2. Details of your current software that you use to manage customers applications, eg. NEC, Liberator, Opus, IEG4, Civica, Pentagull, etc. including contract cost, duration of the contract and its expiry date.
Concessionary Travel: Frujitsu. The annual cost is £21,400 for the HOPS & CMS. The initial 5 year contract term ends on 31st March 2023, there is an option to extend for 1 further year.
Blue Badge: Dynamics365. £715,719.20 for multiple licences. 5 years, contract end date 31/03/2024.
