2. Do you issue PCNs for misusing a blue badge?
Yes we issue PCN’s for miss use of Blue badge parking spaces both on street and off street. This includes miss use of badge when known.

3. How much is a PCN for blue badge misuse? PCN costs are:
£70 reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days.

4. If so are these issued by Civil Enforcement Officers or do you have blue badge enforcement officers?
PCN’s are issued by Civil enforcement Officers.

5. How many Enforcement Officers do you have who can enforce blue badge misuse?
We have 14 Officers who can issue Penalty Notices.

6. Do you offer a caution for blue badge misuse?
No.

d) How many PCNs have been issued? Between 1 April 2022 and 17 January 2023, We have issued:
801 PCN’s On Street contravention code 40 (parked in a designated disabled parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribe Manner).
428 PCN’s issued Off Street contravention code 87 (Parked in a designated disabled persons parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribe manner).
