We do not have a specific Blue Badge Enforcement policy. We adhere to the Local Authority Guidance for the Blue Badge Scheme.

2. The number of new blue badge investigations during the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? 0

3. The number of warning letters issued during the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? 0

4. The number of simple cautions issued during the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? 0

5. The number of cases closed due to insufficient evidence during the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? 0

6. The number of concluded prosecutions of blue badge during the period 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? 0

7. The number of blue badges stolen in the borough during the period 01 April 2019 to 31 March 2020? Having moved to a new operating system in December 2020 we only hold data from that time and the number of badges stolen and subsequently replaced from December 2020 is 0.
