1. I would like to see information on any anti congestion schemes planned as possible uses of the £20 million anti congestion budget. Of particular interest are possible schemes to reduce congestion on London road in Wokingham, the A328, Winnersh crossroads and Twyford crossroads.
Wokingham Borough Council does not have an anti-congestion budget.
