1. Can you provide the information on where within the Borough (by parish/settlement), residents of each affordable home in the Borough lived prior to their assignment of the dwelling. Can this be done for those who have moved in the last, and 3 previous financial years.
2. Can you also provide this information but only for households who were not previously a resident of the stock (i.e. they hadn’t had a transfer).
Wokingham Borough Council are unable to report on this. Officers would have to manually check the approx. 3,000 nominations that have been made over the time frame and then cross reference with each application. We would need to go back further into our records to find out what Parish their last settled address was in as a lot of cases will be their temporary accommodation which has been stored by NEC. To carry out the checks it would take 20 minutes per nomination and therefore be approx 1,000 hours. This exceeds the appropriate limit and the request is therefore refused under Section 12. Given what is being requested, we do not have a means to to reduce the request under the 18 hour limit and are unable to suggest a sensible option to do so.
