1. Using SSDA903 data, how many adoption disruptions (ie pre-Adoption Order) have been registered in your local authority area?

2. How many adoption breakdowns (ie post-Adoption Order) are you aware of in your local authority area?
• Do you record these figures as a matter of course?
• Over what time period are the number of breakdowns recorded? (e.g. 5/10/15 years post adoption)
