One of the criteria in the Council Climate Change Action Scorecard is a Local Authority's commitment to a 20mph speed limit on restricted roads. In order to assess progress towards this, we would like to know;

1. Do you have plans in place to make 20mph the norm or default speed limit for most restricted roads?

2. Have you requested the UK Government to set 20mph as the default speed limit for restricted roads in England?
No

3. Are you committed to Vision Zero as part of your traffic/transport strategy?
