This survey has been developed with input from several Government agencies and departments because there is no national system in place to gather data held by Local Authorities regarding noise complaints and how Environmental Health teams use informal means as well as the various powers available to them. We are seeking to use the final data to clearly demonstrate the value of EH teams in the context of the proposed reforms in different counties within England.
