3. The number (or percentage, if held in that format) of eligible children who accessed at least one HAF session during 2024/25.
The number of unique ELIGIBLE children is recorded per holiday period rather than annually as follows:

4. The method(s) of booking access to HAF provision in your area (for example: school referral, online booking system, mixed access routes).
We use the Wonde HolidayActivities system, which integrates with each school’s MIS to confirm eligibility. Once eligibility is verified, vouchers are emailed directly to parents or carers so they can book activities.
For more tailored provision, such as SEND stay-and-play sessions and library activities, families are asked to book via email.
5. Whether waiting lists or caps on places were applied during any part of the 2024/25 HAF programme delivery period (yes/no). If yes, please provide a brief description.
We limit the number of places available each holiday period due to increasing activity costs. Waiting lists are maintained for all sessions to help ensure places are filled wherever possible.
We also ask providers to overbook activities by approximately 10% to account for non-attendance.
