How we monitor our performance

A quarterly report  summarises our performance against  our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each directorate.  This is considered by the Corporate Leadership Team, and Executive, and reported to the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee.

Reports are published as part of the agenda - see Browse meetings - Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee | Wokingham.

These are usually

• Quarter 1 (April to June) reported September or October
• Quarter 2 (July to September) reported January
• Quarter 3 (October to December ) reported March
• Quarter 4 (January to March) reported June
