It has become apparent that for TPO/1957/2024 the Applicant did not complete or submit a TPO Request Form to the TPO Review Committee. I would therefore like to raise a new FOI request as follows:

I would be grateful if you can assist my research into Local Authorities who generate and export electricity from their own energy. I am particularly looking at utility-scale assets, e.g.

1. Have you seen a rise in applications to schools in total in your area in January and February this year compared to January and February in 2024?
Compared to 2024 we had an additional 8 applications in that period

I wish to submit a request to the organisation around their hosting contract(s) with 3rd party providers.

We formally request under the FOI 2000 Act and EIR 2004 regulations data you hold, and which is already or will be in the public domain relating to your electricity half-hourly and natural gas supplied portfolio.

1. A list of all the different priority “bands” (or levels, or categories) in the council’s social housing register/waiting list, and the current criteria for inclusion in each band

1. The total number of dwellings in developments that were granted planning permission by the council between 5 July 2024 and 4 January 2025 - and how many of these dwellings are currently designated as being for social rent*?
