Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to request the following information about your council's property licensing schemes: For EACH property licensing scheme currently operated by your council (mandatory HMO, additional HMO, and/or selective licensing):

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information regarding Looked After Children (also referred to as children looked after).

1. I would like to know the details of anyone who has passed away with no known next of kin from 1/1/2026 to the date of your reply. If there are any new cases where the person died prior to 1/1/2026, but that were dealt with after this date, please also include details.

For the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2025, please provide the total number of complaints recorded where:

1. The recorded service area is Children’s Services; and

2. The complaint category recorded includes data protection, confidentiality, or inaccurate records.

For each of the last five financial years (2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25), please provide:

1. The number of seizure incidents involving nicotine-containing products.

2. The total number of nicotine-containing items seized.

This request relates solely to information held by the council in its role as a commissioner of domiciliary (home) care services. It does not seek confirmation of statutory enforcement responsibility under minimum wage legislation.

Lib dems quote that the Impower report shows that the council is efficient and effective.

1. Please can I see a copy of the report and definition of the scope it covers and what it claims to measure and whether it covers all council services.

1. On what date did the Wokingham Borough Council Licence to plant in the Highway fee increase from a one off fee of £176.00 to a fee of £423.00 valid only for 5 years?

1. On what date was the Wokingham Borough Council Licence to plant in the Highway changed to add the additional requirement for liability of insurance for Ten Million Pounds?
