2. Is there a limit to the number of NHS Health Checks that GP practices can provide and be reimbursed for by the council?
No limits - but recognising that eligible patients can only receive an NHS Health Check once every 5 years under this contract.
3. If so, what is this limit (per GP practice, per year)?
