None – Wokingham Borough Council acts on every report it receives in relation to damp & mould and inspects and attends within the required timescales, complex causes often take longer and there are requirements to work with residents to resolve issues which can affect the occurrence of damp & mould such as inability to afford heating or lack of ventilation.
