1. I would like to make a request for documents in an excel or PDF format detailing pothole repairs made in the last three years. If this timeframe is not available then please provide documents detailing this information as far back as possible. If there is sensitive information on these documents please provide a redacted version of these documents.
I am specifically looking for reports of potholes that have been fixed then reappeared. If it is available then a document detailing this information can be provided instead.
We do not hold this information. Potholes aren’t assigned individual code numbers or precise GPS locations.
