Missed Bin Collections Data

Regarding missed bin collections in Wokingham Council for both household and commercial waste, please provide the following information:
1. Total number of missed bin collections reported each month for the past 12 months, (March 2024 - March 2025, or nearest available), broken down by:
o Household waste

o Garden waste

o Commercial waste
Wokingham Borough Council does not offer a commercial collection service.
Due to changing over to a new customer services system in the summer we are only able to provide 8 months of data.
2. Reasons recorded for missed collections, if available (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, staffing issues, blocked access).

4. Response times and actions taken to resolve above issues
The response times were within 48 hours after the missed collection report came through as long as it was reported on time.
To resolve issues, we regularly talk to our contractor to improve the waste collection and to make sure we are providing the best service for residents.
