Safeguarding reports received for adults

Statistics relating to the number of safeguarding reports that you received for adults for each 12 month period from 2021 to 2024. Broken down by the following criteria:
1. Total number of safeguarding reports relating to adults
2. Number of these that were relating to an individual receiving care from a CQC registered provider of adult social care (I.e. care homes, domiciliary care agencies and Learning Disability care providers)
3. Which organisation made the report (I.e. care provider, SCAS, NHS, GP, Social Worker or other LA representative or relative/friend)
4. Number from each category above that progressed to a section 42
