Having responded to the Public Consultation with regard to this planning application for the development of 9 houses on land adjacent to Hogmoor Lane / Broadwater Lane I am aware that this planning application has recently disappeared from the planning portal for several days.
Hence, after a determination period of 6 months, it has only become apparent that the … “inconsistencies were noted which has resulted in the application being made invalid at a late stage”.
1. Please advise in writing as to the nature of these inconsistencies only latterly rendering this planning application invalid ?
