1. Please confirm details of the current providers, the contract start dates, expiry dates (plus details of any extension options) and how the contracts were procured (e.g. ITT, Framework etc)
• Banking Services Contract: Provided by Nat West, start date 1/4/14, expiry date 31/3/25, procured through ITT
• Merchant acquiring services contract for the collection of payments by credit and debit card: The majority of our payments are received via our cash management system, HeyCentric, and are acquired via Stripe, as prescribed by HeyCentric.
