Please provide me with;
1. Minutes, discussion and outcome of new waste management scheme to be introduced in August 2024 as it pertains to residents with disabilities and medical conditions, and the authorities requirements not to discriminate against this class when providing services as required by the Equality Act.
2. Minutes, discussion and outcome should cover existing known residents with additional requirements and disabilities, residents that identify new requirements in the run up to implementation and those that are identified post implementation.
3. What is the process that residents should follow to obtain the waste management service they need taking into account their medical and disability status?
Applicant has withdrawn request as they have spoken directly with the Waste team in relation to this matter.
