1. I request information regarding any claims and/or payments made in respect of The Land Compensation Act 1973 Part 1 for the building of Station Approach, Wokingham.
Four claims were sent to the Council on 1 October 2015 for compensation under Part 1 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 in respect of Public Works at Station Link Road Wokingham the relevant date being 30/9/2014. Our Finance department can confirm that zero payments have been made and paid out for this scheme.
