Rubbish collection changes

1. I would like to see where I can find a a breakdown of what the new rubbish collection will save the Council.
The Council will have to supply wheelie bins for general waste to every household which will be collected fortnightly. The Council have to bear the cost of these bins. There is no reduction in the cost of collection as it will be weekly for food and recycling so there is no reduction in cost of fuel for those vehicles and will entail vehicles still driving round the county every week.
