Complaints about bailiffs

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
1. How many complaints has the council received about the conduct of enforcement agents ("bailiffs") that have been deployed at the request of the council (i.e., in cases where the council is the creditor). Please provide the figures for:
a) 2020: Highways (1)
b) 2021: Highways (4)
c) 2022: Highways (4) / Customer Relations there was one case about being emailed by Council’s recovery agents for unpaid Council tax. Felt threatened by the tone of email.
d) 01 January - 31 June 2023: Highways (3)
2. How many of these complaints included allegations of forced entry? Please provide the figures for:
a) 2020: 0
b) 2021: 0
c) 2022: 0
d) 01 January - 31 June 2023: 0
This FOI has been answered by our Highways, Customer Relations and Housing departments. Clarification has been sought from the applicant in regards to Council tax/Income&Assessments however no response has been received.
