This request relates to Keeping Children Safe In Education Statutory Guidance 2023, sections 176-179, published 6th June 2023 and effective from 1st September 2023.
1. Please supply me with copies of any correspondence since the 1st April 2023 to the present ( including emails) sent to the schools in your area from the Local Authority, relevant to their implementation of the sections listed above.
We have been advised by the Principal Education Welfare Officer that they have not been sent correspondence in relation to the sections mentioned as schools receive directly from the DfE themselves.
