This request relates to Keeping Children Safe In Education Statutory Guidance 2023, sections 176-179, published 6th June 2023 and effective from 1st September 2023.
1. Please provide me with copies of all correspondence from 1st April 2023 to the present ( including emails) from or to the DFE ( Department for Education) relevant to the implementation of the sections listed above.
We have been advised by the Principal Education Welfare Officer that they do not have any emails from or to the DfE in relation to these dates regarding the subject in the FOI.
