This request relates to Keeping Children Safe In Education Statutory Guidance 2023, sections 176-179, published 6th June 2023 and effective from 1st September 2023.
1. Please provide me with copies of all correspondence between 1st January and 31st May 2023 ( including emails)from or to the LGA( Local Government Association) the ADCS ( Association of Directors of Children’s Services) or AEHEP( Association of Elective Home Education Professionals) about the possibility of including children with a EHCP or “ any child deemed vulnerable “ within the scope of section 178 of the above guidance .
We have been advised by our Assistant Director of Childrens Services, principal Education Welfare Officer and Executive Business Manager that they have not had any correspondence on this matter.
