1. The average (arithmetic mean in £ and pence) rate you pay for externally provided adult learning disability and autism services (not your in-house services) for each of the service types as follows:
The weekly rate for Residential homes (including profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) services and respite care): £1,750
The hourly rate for Supported living: £18.75
The hourly rate for Day services: Unable to report
The hourly rate for Domiciliary care: £20.09

2.The average (arithmetic mean as a percentage) annual fee uplift (inflationary uplift) you have implemented in 2023/24 for externally provided adult learning disability and autism services (not your in-house services) for each of the service types as follows:
Residential homes (including profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) services and respite care): 7% up to a cap of £2,200 per week, leading to an average uplift of 5.6%
Supported living: 7% up to a cap of £19.41 per hour, leading to an average uplift of 6.4%
Day services: 7%
Domiciliary care:7% up to a cap of £22.10 or £21.43 per hour depending on location, leading to average uplift of 5.9%
