1. Please could you send us a copy of the council’s Minerals First List?
The First List is a list of mineral sites prepared by local authorities following the introduction of the Environment Act 1995. The First List usually separates the mineral permissions into Active Phase I, Phase II and Dormant Sites.
Wokingham Borough do not have any sites that qualify for inclusion on the list
