Commercial vs Domestic waste collection

I noticed that Legal and General Homes Sales Centre put out their rubbish for collection for domestic waste collections.
1. Could you confirm that you are charging them, as part of one of the largest UK companies, for trade waste and that across the borough you charge Housebuilders for trade waste from show homes etc so tax payers aren’t subsidising housebuilders.
The council does not operate a commercial waste collection so can not charge the site for waste collections. Any waste generated from commercial activities should be disposed of as such. This information has been passed to the team that deals with commercial waste compliance, who will be visiting the sites.
