Emissions-based parking charges

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following Information.
The request is for information regarding parking prices within your local authority and more specifically whether your council uses emissions-based parking charge structures, or has in place a surcharge for diesel vehicles. I would be keen to get answers and information for the following questions.
1. Does your council currently use emissions-based parking charges for:
a) parking permits
b) on-street parking
c) council car parks
Wokingham Borough Council do not use Emissions based charges for any of the above.
2. Could you please provide any links to the pricing structures (emission-based or non-emission based) for:
a) parking permits
b) on-street parking
c) council car parks
Please see parking prices provided from our off-street parking Order. We do not have on street parking charges at this time. On street Resident’s permit charges are £30 per annum. OAP and Disabled Free, Carer permit £5.00.
3. Do you currently use a diesel surcharge for diesel vehicles for:
a) parking permits
b) on-street parking
c) council car parks?
If so, how much?
Wokingham Borough Council do not use Diesel surcharging for any of the above.
