I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to know information pertaining to the number of children and care leavers with insecure immigration status under your care as of 15/08/2023. The information requested is:
1. Total number of children who are not British Citizens; of these: 48
a) the number of children with criminal convictions
b) the number of children known to be the victim of criminal exploitation
Providing this data will require manual collating which will be in excess of 18 hours.
2. The total number of care leavers who are not British Citizens; of these: 51
a) the number of care leavers with criminal convictions
b) the number of care leavers known to be the victim of criminal exploitation
