This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would like to request the following information relating to artificial caving systems within your area:
1. The names and locations of any artificial caving systems within your area.
2. Details of any recorded incidents or investigations relating to the artificial caving systems e.g. RIDDOR Notifications, Health and Safety Complaints etc. If there have been any incidents recorded, please could you provide contact details for the most appropriate person to speak to regarding these.
3. A copy of the last health and safety inspection report for the artificial caving system.
4. Is the caving system constructed so that it can be unbolted or is it sealed?
We do not have any Artificial Caving Systems in our borough
