I can see on the council website the initial paperwork in February 2022 regarding going to tender on this contract. I can not see another paperwork.
1. What I would like to see.
a) Is the tender document: See attached for the ITT tender document
b) The list of companies who took part in the process and who won (I know you can not supply financial data hence I am not asking for this): Biffa Waste Services Limited, Grundon Waste Management Ltd, Shorts Group Limited, Go Green Limited, Greenway Environmental Ltd – awarded company was Shorts Group Limited
c) The officer report to the executive: The Councils constitution doesn’t require Executive approval of contract awards
d) Finally which meeting the executive signed off on this contract (just the date as meetings are on YouTube): See answer above
