Sick leave 2018-23

I'm researching how covid and working from home has effected sick leave. Please could you provide the following information:
1. The average number of days an employee has worked remotely for each year 2018-2023. (eg Average of 2 days a week)
This data is not held, all workers are offered the option of flexible working
2. The average number of sick days taken by employees for year since 2018-2023. (eg Average of 10 days a year)
Please exclude any employees that never work in an office type role, groundsperson, refuse collector etc if possible.
2017/2018: 6.72 days
2018/2019: 6.51 days
2019/2020: 6.80 days
2020/2021: 4.67 days
2021/2022: 6.35 days
2022/2023: 7.27 days
*Not possible to break this down to exclude non office workers
