1. I would like to know how many people are currently on the waiting list for a 3 bed house in band 1 and band 2.
Band 1: 20
Band 2: 45
2. I would also like to know how many houses of this size are vacant and void.
At 10th August 2023 there were five void HRA properties that are three bedroom houses.
3. I would also like to know how many people were house this year.
Eight households requiring three beds have been offered social housing through our Housing Register in this financial year.
