Highways maintenance contract

We are seeking information with regards to the following.
1. Details for the completion date of current highways maintenance contract.
The current highway maintain contract started March 2019 and the initial term of 7 years will end on the 31 March 2026. There is an option to extend by 3 years.
2. Could we also be provided with a contact name, email address, number for an appropriate member of the highways team to enable us to make introductions if at all possible
