1. For the current financial year 2023/24, details of the lowest, highest and average rate/fee, paid to care agencies providing domiciliary care for either adults or children. Where applicable please provide those separate rates for:
a) 15 minute calls: Lowest: £4.96; Highest: £8.15; Average: £5.46
b) Half hourly calls: Lowest: £9.66; Highest: £12.60; Average: £10.67
c) Hourly calls: Lowest: £19.32; Highest: £24.72; Average: £21.20
d) Overnight calls: Hourly rate applies/ price on application.
