Speed Indicating Devices (SIDs) are mobile devices aimed at alerting passing motorists to the speed they are travelling at. Also, to raise awareness of local speed limits. They do not store any speed data but purely to remind drivers of the speed limit by standing out from normal signs. They have been put up in a request regarding speeds on the road.
