Encryption Policy

1. Please provide copies the following:
a) All Wokingham Borough Council Encryption Policies
The Council do not have a Encryption policy. This is mentioned in the Councils generic Information Governance policy, which we are currently reviewing the policy and the Council has PSN certification.
b) All Wokingham Borough Council Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA). This should include any drafts since GDPR came into force (25-05-2018).
The Council do not currently have a central depository of DPIAs. We are looking in the future to collate these and begin to publish them, in redacted format where required, and therefore are applying the Future Publication exemption on this question.
